Name Changes
If your name has legally changed, please send scanned copies of the following to the Panels team via pmsupport@trinitycollege.com so we can update this for you:
-Photo ID showing your original name, that is currently held on our systems
-Photo ID showing your new name, that you want us to update to
-Deed poll or Marriage/Divorce certificate scans as relevant
Email, Phone or Address Changes
If you would like to update any of the following details, please email pmsupport@trinitycollege.com with your new details and we will share those with our Finance team for you.
-Email address
-Phone number
-Address
Please also ensure you have updated these details on your TOL account as well.
If you are a Drama, Music or Arts Award Panel Member, who uses the Submittable platform to assess submissions digitally, and need to update your email address, please do not change your email on TOL until a member of the team confirms they have updated your email on Submittable also.
Changing your email before we have updated Submittable, will prevent payments being processed correctly.
