Issues with Examiner Tablet App

If you cannot examine using your examiner app, please examine using paper marksheets, and play any ISE audios using the backup audios files that you should have already saved to your tablet device. These can be found here if needed. 


Please use the tablet’s recorder app to record your exams. Please be aware sometimes the tablet’s recorder can switch off automatically when switching between the exam app window and backup audio player. So, if you have ISE exams it may be better to record these exams on your phone, or an alternative device if you have one. If you do this, please ensure you senyour recordings to us as soon as the session has ended and email the Panels team to notify us


Once we confirm the files have been received, you should delete all traces of the audio files from your personal device and confirm you have done this.
