I have a F2F INT ESOL/SELT exam in the next 48 hours:

If you are examining face-to-face in the next 48 hours, please call the emergency number asap for assistance, 00 44 (0) 20 7820 6153, or please try calling James Burton on 00 44 (0) 20 7820 6142. We will try to either help fix the issue, send a replacement tablet if appropriate, or, as a last resort, we may need to allocate the session to another examiner.

I am in the middle of a F2F ISE exam:

If you are in the middle of a face-to-face examination and your tablet has stopped working and your session is ISE, you will be unable to continue with this session as you won't be able to play the ISE audios. Please call the emergency number asap for assistance to reschedule the current session on 00 44(0) 20 7820 6153.

Lastly, contact James Burton via +44 (0)20 7820 6142 or submit a ticket to him (instructions at the end of this page) for help regarding your tablet, before your next exam session.

I am in the middle of a F2F GESE exam:

If you are in the middle of a face-to-face examination and your tablet has stopped and your session is GESE, please revert to paper marksheets. Please use the tablet’s recorder app to record your exams if possible. Please ensure you send your recordings to us as soon as the session has ended and email the Panels team to notify us. Once we confirm the files have been received, you should delete all traces of the audio files from your personal device.

Please email your paper marksheets to the Results team:

Nicole Alhaji for SELT Nicol.Alhaji@trinitycollege.com

Lastly, contact James Burton via +44 (0)20 7820 6142 or submit a ticket to him (instructions at the end of this page) for help regarding your tablet, before your next exam session.
