As of 1st February 2025, we will no longer be utilising International SOS. Our insurers, AIG, will provide a very similar package of support to you, if travelling to deliver Trinity assignments, in your country of residence, or overseas. AIG do not provide pre-trip advisory information, but you can access that through their website and mobile app. We will be introducing a new travel provider, very shortly (more on that to follow), and they will provide you with pre-trip information and have a duty of care, to ensure your safety and comfort, whilst travelling.
For more information about AIG travel and emergency support, please see the Travel Card Park. Please use our membership number, as needed, when registering on their site, or when communicating with them.
With regards to insurance claims, please see the Claims Limit table, which details the claims covered. If you need to make a claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact AIG to discuss the issue and any queries you may have.
- If a claim is required, request a claim form from panels.team@trinitycollege.com and make a claim through claims@toddcue.com Todd and Cue act as our brokers and will liaise with AIG on your behalf.
Itinerary documents have now been updated with the new contact details. We will update our Key Information documents with this information when we go through the annual contracting process.
If you have any queries at all, please do get in touch.
