Please contact us via pmsupport@trinitycollege.com  so we can download and save any existing audios files in the folder, then we will delete them for you. 


If your folder still shows as full even after we have helped, this means you have other non-Trinity related files in your folder, that have not been shared with Trinity, and you will need to make space and delete files yourself.
